Beyond his real estate sales accomplishments, Jonathan has also found his way into volunteerism and leadership in the Realtor® community, having served as the President of the Albemarle Area Association of Realtors in 2022. If that isn’t enough, JT, as many call him, has also served on the state-level Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee, and is looking forward to being a Co-Chair for the 2024 NC Realtors® Young Professionals Network.?
Jonathan was raised in Hampton, VA, and went on to attend Virginia Tech, majoring in Agricultural Technology with a focus in Applied Agricultural Management. After graduating, he had a successful six-year career with Smithfield Foods, where he used his skills and developed a deep understanding of the agriculture and business world.

JT took my phone call from California where I described the type of property I was looking for in NC. He quickly replied by email and follow up phone calls with options to narrow down the particulars that interest me most and education on how the market was moving. Once I arrived in NC, he dedicated 2 days to help me find what I was looking for and tirelessly was on top of getting through the process to purchase and close. How fortunate we were to meet and work with Jonathan Moore! We loved our home and all the work that my husband put into it. When we realized that we had to move out of state I became very depressed and afraid that Steve's work wouldn't be understood and appreciated. But with Jonathan's construction knowledge and communication abilities we could relax and have faith in his real estate abilities as well. He answered all of my frequent questions and concerns about every part of the process and handled everything beautifully...and fast! We continue to keep in touch and hope that others have the opportunity to list their homes with him too. They will be glad they did!
