Jessica is a native to the Outer Banks and has resided in Elizabeth City for the last 15 years. She's a Dolphin Alumni with 3 degrees from College of the Albemarle, Vice President on the COA Alumni Board, a United States Navy Veteran, and has 7 years experience in the area working as an ophthalmic technician.
